With the back-to-school season just around the corner, Neomedia wanted to ask parents about the purchase of school supplies. That's why our weekly survey question focused on this topic. 

In August, families across the province begin to pile up their expenses: uniforms, backpacks, new shoes, clothes and school supplies.

As thousands of schoolchildren head back to school in the coming month, Néomédia Vaudreuil-Soulanges asked this week's poll question: Have you bought your kids' school supplies? 

Are you one of those parents who run out to buy the kids' school supplies as soon as school ends in June? Or are you more of a last-minute type? Are you in the middle of the pack, among those parents who store around? 

Here are the survey results, which clearly show that the habits of Vaudreuil-Soulanges parents are varied:  

 - Yes, they have been purchased for several weeks now: 33.3%; 

- Yes, a few days ago: 0%; 

- Yes, but I'm missing a few items: 16.7%; 

- No, I'll go the week before school starts: 16.7%; 

- No, I'm always at the last minute for this task: 33.3%.
