Transports et Mobilité durable Québec and Groupe Nouveau Pont Île-Aux-Tourtes Inc. hereby give notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.

Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, Transports et Mobilité durable Québec and Groupe Nouveau Pont Île-Aux-Tourtes Inc. have deposited with the Minister of Transport,on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 7812, or, under the NPP File Number 2022-307780 for the construction of the new Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge and the deconstruction of the old Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge and under registry number 8158, or, under the NPP File Number 2023-309567 for temporary works associated with projects, description of the following works, its site and plans:

- New bridge (Construction of the new bridge - Île-aux-Tourtes – NPIAT);
- Old bridge (Decontruction of the old bridge - Île-aux-Tourtes – VPIAT);
- Boom and barrier (temporary);
- Causeway and jetty (temporary);
- Cofferdam (temporary);
- Spud barges/bridge of barges (temporary)
- Silt curtain and spill protection socks (temporary);
- Private buoys (temporary) in Deux-Montagnes Lake, 45°25'15.99"N, 73°58'50.01"O for the new Île-aux-Tourtes bridge and 45°25'14.08"N,73°58'49.38"O for the old Île-aux-Tourtes bridge, between municipality of Vaudreuil-Dorion, Montérégie and municipality of Senneville, Montréal, province of Québec.
