Peter Schiefke wants to collect photos of the region's "hidden gems" in a calendar

Peter Schiefke, Member of Parliament for Vaudreuil-Soulanges, is putting out a call to Vaudreuil-Soulanges photography enthusiasts. The region's representative in the House of Commons is looking for snapshots of his riding's "hidden gems" to feature in his 2024 calendar. 

To participate, send in your best photos highlighting your favorite hidden gems in the county's 13 municipalities over the 4 seasons, all in high resolution. 

The photo(s) could be published in a calendar that touches every corner of the region. "We're all looking forward to seeing the beauty of our Vaudreuil-Soulanges community from your perspective," says Schiefke. 

Here's how to get involved:

- Email your best photos to Peter.Schiefke@parl.gc.ca by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 8;

- Include photo location, photographer's name and address; 

Photos must be at least 1200 by 1800 pixels, and taken in horizontal format. If the photo(s) are selected, the MP team will contact the budding photographers in mid-October.
