On Wednesday August 23, residents of Terrasse-Vaudreuil and the surrounding area are invited to roll up their sleeves and donate blood. The event will be held at the community center from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. 

The goal is to welcome 50 donors.

Roll up your sleeves for summer!

Since March, Héma-Québec has been pursuing its goal of convincing 7,000 people in Quebec to give blood for the first time. The challenge is well underway, but it's important to pull together to keep the collective blood supply afloat.

In this sense, every person who breaks the ice and makes an appointment makes a huge difference. This summer, will you be one of them? If you're afraid of the needle, you should know that the people on hand are qualified to guide you through the experience. They'll reassure you, and you'll be proud to have donated blood.

To avoid queues and respect your busy schedule, we've set up an appointment system. This approach, born of the pandemic, makes the blood donation experience easier for everyone.
