The Ville de L'Île-Perrot wishes to inform its residents that paving work will be carried out in certain sectors between Monday, August 7 and Wednesday, August 15.

Carried out by the Meloche firm, a division of Sintra, this work will target the following streets:

• Boulevard Perrot: between 23rd Avenue and the limit of the Ville de L'Île-Perrot; 
• 22e Avenue: between 21e Avenue and boulevard Perrot.

The work is divided into three stages. First, the contractor will adjust the manholes and catch basins. This will be followed by levelling. The final stage is paving the roadway.

The schedule for this work, scheduled from August 7 to 15, may vary according to weather conditions.

Traffic disruption

This work will require the complete closure of boulevard Perrot between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Local traffic will be permitted in residential areas, and private driveways will be accessible at all times, except when they are being paved.

Here are the paving days when it will be impossible to drive on the streets. These dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions.

Signs will be installed to indicate detours, and road users are asked to respect them for everyone's safety.
