The Sûreté du Québec's Major Crime Investigation Division is asking for the public's help in locating witnesses to the fatal collision on Highway 20 West, in Saint-Zotique, on July 2.

At around 10:45 a.m., the driver of a heavy truck was unable to stop in time to avoid slowing traffic, and collided with a sport utility vehicle carrying five occupants.

Sadly, two children lost their lives and three other passengers sustained serious injuries in the collision.
Investigators are seeking to interview anyone who may have witnessed the event.
