The Town of Pincourt is conducting a pilot project to study the impact of a lane modification, more specifically on Cardinal-Léger Boulevard, southbound, between 6th and 8th Avenues.

The City would therefore like to inform road users that during the week of July 24 to 28, the modification of traffic lanes for the pilot project will begin and continue until October. 

The main objective is to analyze the impact of removing a lane in the area. The aim of this operation is to prevent vehicles from facing the entrance to the bike path that starts on 8th Avenue, in order to improve safety for all users.

This study will provide invaluable information for the development of new road infrastructure between 5th Avenue and 8th Avenue, in order to study the opportunity of reinforcing the connectivity of the bike path on Cardinal-Léger.
