A little girl from Rigaud fights for her life

A three-year-old girl is currently fighting for her life after being found at the bottom of the family pool in Rigaud on Sunday.
At around 6:30 p.m., Rigaud emergency services were called to the family residence after the discovery of the child's lifeless body was reported.
"The girl was taken to hospital, where she remains in a very critical condition. An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the event," confirms Valérie Beauchamp, spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec.
It cannot be confirmed at this time whether charges will be laid.
