A survey and consultation process regarding paratransit services used by handicapped residents is being conducted by the Tables de concertation pour les personnes handicapées et des aînés de Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

The online survey will take about 15 minutes to compete and is available at https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx. The survey is intended to collect information on how to improve paratransit services as explained below: 

A paratransit committee formed in January by the Table de concertation pour les personnes handicapées de Vaudreuil-Soulanges and the Table de concertation pour les aînés de Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

This committee is asking users to provide a list of paratransit issues based on personal experience within the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region.

The data collected will be processed without mentioning the person's or organization's name to ensure anonymity. It will be forwarded to the EXO transportation organization, the Société de transport de Valleyfield, elected officials and other people concerned with paratransit issues. The primary objective of the survey is to provide an overall picture regarding problems and providing possible solutions concerning paratransit in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region. 

If anyone has encountered or knows someone who has dealt with a difficult situation related to paratransit,  a complaint can be filed with the EXO customer service department at 1-877-433-4004 or with the Société de transport de Valleyfield customer service department at 450 370-0155.
