The Société d'horticulture et d'environnement de Saint-Lazare (SHESL) invites the public to attend its next conference on edible flowers, on July 8, from 10:15 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Champs de Rêves nursery in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Presented by Bee de Flora Cocina, the conference will share all facets of edible flowers, from harvesting to presentation, to integrating flowers into beverages and dishes.

A cocktail and some dishes concocted with flowers picked locally. Last but not least, participants will have the chance to discover the mosaic sculptures of Jardins de Rêves.
