Emergency work is forcing the closure of a section of Cameron Street in Hudson.

Public Works crews are currently working to repair a water leak at the intersection of Olympic and Cameron streets. The City expects the work to be completed by 4 p.m. on Tuesday. Motorists who need to travel through the area are advised to take the detour via Breaside Street.

A drop in water pressure is expected in the area throughout the day. "If you notice that your water is discoloured after the repair is completed, simply turn on the cold water tap until the color returns to normal," said the City.
