Now is the time of year for children to prepare their wish list for Santa. On Saturday, November 26th, Vaudreuil-Dorion residents will have the chance to deliver their letters to Santa’s Elves directly so they can make sure the Jolly Man in the red suit gets them in time. This favourite annual event will take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. in several parks around the City.

"The Elves’ visit will once more mark the official launch of the Holiday Season in Vaudreuil-Dorion by visiting parks and collecting children’s letters. The Elves will travel along four different routes and make a total of 30 stops at different locations on the territory. " explains Vincent Bastien, Director of Recreation and Culture.

To guarantee a response from Santa, children are invited to write their name and address on their envelope addressed to: Santa Claus, North Pole, H0H 0H0, Canada.

A detailed schedule for the Elves’ visit is available online. Please note that visit times are indicated as a reference only and may differ slightly depending on circumstances.

Families who are unable to visit with the Elves on the Saturday are invited to go to the library or the Centre multisport André-Chagnon to drop off their letters in the specially marked boxes on November 26th and 27th.

At the library

From November 18th to 25th, the public library will make all the necessary material available to children to help them write a personalized letter sure to catch Santa’s attention.

Those interested simply need to go to the library during operating hours to participate in this free activity.
