The Town of Saint-Lazare would like to inform the public that the intersection of Chemin Sainte-Angélique at the corner of Route de la Cité-des-Jeunes will be completely closed from Monday, November 7 to Thursday, November 10 inclusively.

This closure is necessary for the construction of the sanitary sewer and the extension of the drinking water network on Route de la Cité-des-Jeunes.

Flaggers will be present to enforce the road signs. The detour will be done via Saint-Louis and Chevrier roads, and optional via Montée Saint-Lazare. Access to businesses will only be possible via Duhamel and de la Paix streets.

The construction work, which will be carried out in phases until December 2023, will allow nearly 360 homeowners to benefit from a sustainable municipal infrastructure.

The extension of the water system will allow for the looping of the system, increase fire protection, and provide approximately 30 additional properties with drinking water.
