The municipality of Saint-Clet is launching an appeal to all its citizens, as well as to businesses and institutions located on its territory, with a view to the next 2024-2026 Fleurons du Québec classification. An evaluation visit will take place between now and September 2024. The outcome will depend on everyone's cooperation.

The Fleurons du Québec horticultural classification is official recognition of the efforts of the entire community to achieve a more beautiful, healthier and greener living environment over the long term. It is in this spirit that all citizens start gardening and flowering their environment now, because it's a collective challenge.

In December 2021, the Municipality was awarded a 4th Fleuron at the unveiling of the 2021-2023 classification. The Fleurons du Québec classifiers will return to evaluate the municipality in the summer of 2024. They will visit 60% of the territory and evaluate the horticultural and landscaping features on public view. Evaluation criteria include cleanliness, maintenance, variety of horticultural elements and the visual condition of the municipal landscape. Points are allocated to 5 areas of beautification:

- 360 points for municipal landscaping

- 200 points for residential

- 170 points for institutions

- 140 points for commercial and industrial areas

- 180 points for community initiatives and sustainable development
